These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://agiva.tr/ (the “Website”), operated for the AGIVA brands by Kozmotek Pazarlama Kozmetik İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Kozmotek”, “AGIVA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About the Website
The Website is the official international B2B brand and product-information website for AGIVA Professional, AGIVA Care & Beauty, Agiss and related AGIVA product lines. It is intended primarily for distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, salons, barbers and other professional or commercial visitors.
The Website is not an online shop. Displaying a product, catalog, article or distributor opportunity does not constitute an offer to sell, a binding quotation, an appointment, an exclusive territory grant or a guarantee that a product is available in every country.
2. Eligibility and Business Authority
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation and to provide the submitted business information.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Website for lawful personal, professional and commercial-information purposes. You must not:
- use the Website in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
- submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised information;

5. Distributor and Wholesale Inquiries
Submitting a contact form, wholesale request or distributor application:
- does not create a distributor, agency, employment, franchise, partnership or exclusive relationship;
- does not reserve a country, region, customer group or sales channel;
- does not oblige either party to proceed with a transaction;
- must contain accurate and current information about the applicant and its authority to conduct business.
Any appointment, quotation, sample shipment, order or commercial relationship is subject to separate written documents issued or accepted by an authorised Kozmotek representative. Those documents may specify prices, currencies, taxes, minimum order quantities, payment terms, production lead times, Incoterms, shipping, customs, registration responsibilities, territories, channels, intellectual-property rules and termination rights. If those written documents conflict with these Website Terms concerning a specific transaction, the signed or formally accepted commercial documents control that transaction.

Product availability and regulatory requirements vary by country. AGIVA, AGIVA Professional, AGIVA Care & Beauty, Agiss and associated logos and product names are trademarks or commercial identifiers of their respective owners. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
8. Information You Submit
You remain responsible for information and materials you submit. You confirm that they are accurate, lawful and do not infringe another person’s rights. You authorise us to process and share the submitted information as reasonably necessary to answer your request, evaluate a business opportunity, protect the Website and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not send confidential business plans, trade secrets, sensitive personal data or third-party information through a Website form unless we have requested it and you are authorised to disclose it.
