Shampoo:
Wet hair thoroughly with warm water.
Apply a suitable amount, massage into the scalp with fingertips to create a rich lather, then work through the lengths.
Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed and follow with conditioner or mask.

Hair Tonic:
Apply directly to the scalp on clean, towel-dried hair.
Massage with fingertips for 1-2 minutes to stimulate circulation.
